Airlines

1 – We are not responsible for flight delays caused by the airlines or airports concerned. It is left to the traveler to complain to the airlines.

2- We are not responsible for the food served during flights, and in the event of a transit, we are not responsible for the delay or service provided by the airline or the food provided during the transit.

3 - The traveler’s weight is determined by the airlines, and we are not responsible for excess weight or interference with the airlines regarding the weight

4 - The flight date is fixed and the date cannot be changed after issuing tickets

5 - The company does not bear responsibility when bags are lost in Saudi Arabia, after returning, or during transportation between Mecca and Medina. The complaint is submitted directly to the airlines or through the insurance company that we recommend to every traveler.

visa

6- We are responsible for providing the visa according to the laws of the applicable country

There are no quick services for obtaining a visa  

Losing the passport while submitting the visa and inside the embassy. We do not bear any legal consequences or any losses as a result of that, and the traveler must follow the official procedures to obtain the new passport.

Accommodation in the Medina and Makkah hotels

Any shortage in the rooms or any complaint about the accommodation shall be submitted directly to the hotel management, according to capabilities and hotel laws.

The pilgrims are distributed in the rooms according to the lists received. The last date for receiving lists of names for the pilgrims is a week before travel. In the case of room distribution, it is not permissible to change the names, especially what happens in terms of getting to know each other during the flight. The separation has taken place in the city and the pilgrim can choose who he wants to live with in Mecca during the flight. We were in Medina

The campaign is not responsible for the lack of disagreement in opinions about cooling or snoring, and we cannot change for this reason except by consensus among the pilgrims themselves.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. If it is harmful to pilgrims, it is forbidden

The pilgrim must inquire about the type of accommodation, and we are ready to provide him with pictures according to his request. The type of accommodation is similar to that of past years, and it is possible to ask questions from pilgrims of past years.

Transportation within Saudi Arabia

Transportation from the city to Mecca   by buses that are determined by the competent departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and according to the turn. Likewise, the time of departure and the type of cars are determined according to the turn in the union.

Transportation to Arafat will take turns and as determined by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj

Transportation to and from airports. We are responsible for groups only, and individuals whose tickets are individual for any reason. Transportation to and from the airport is their responsibility.

The campaign cannot afford to pay taxi fares in Mecca and Medina

The campaign does not incur expenses for food inside airports while traveling

Elderly and sick people

The ACE campaign has a staff to care for people with special needs, such as wheelchair care and others. Therefore, we apologize for accepting people with special needs without facilities, and we do not bear any consequences for the lack of facilities.

Overnight stays in Arafat and Mina will be in European tents, and in Arafat there will be special services with refrigeration, according to the contract with the European Countries Foundation, and transportation movement to and from the camps in Mina and Arafat according to what is decided by the Ministry of Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The pregnancy doctor works for two hours a day, along with taking some simple medications

Free health treatment for pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The campaign is not responsible for purchasing medicines for pilgrims

In the event of any health problem, God forbid, the campaign does not bear the expenses of treatment, changing the ticket, or staying until after travel.

Travel insurance

   We strongly advise all pilgrims to obtain travel insurance, which is one of the traveler's responsibilities

General Terms

The campaign is not responsible for family, social, financial (such as a loan) and commercial agreements that occur during the Hajj period between pilgrims, regardless of their status in the campaign.

When the tickets are issued and the visa is issued, the amount will not be returned, and in the event of failure to pay in full, the Hajj amount must be supplemented by law

The Hajj amount is completed in the month of Ramadan, and if the amount is not completed, the company has the right to delete the name and not return the introduction.

 Religious guidance

The campaign holds a Hajj meeting in London before traveling to clarify the guidelines

The scholars or one of the pilgrims who have experience in Hajj will repeat the clarification in Medina and Mecca

During the short period of their stay in the city, they were given religious guidance by one of the pilgrims and in communication with the religious guide of the campaign for two days.

 The campaign is trying to accompany you to carry out the work with every effort, and we are not responsible in the event of separation from the campaign for any reason, and the pilgrim must complete his duties..He worked alone and according to what was explained to him in the instructions

If the pilgrim is not sure of the rulings, he should ask one of the scholars or staff before starting the work. In contrast, the campaign is not responsible for any error that occurs and needs to be repeated. Thus, we confirm the necessity of attending lectures and not being busy with secondary things and wasting very valuable time shopping or arguing.
